Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns of full price items from our online store within 14 days of purchase. The items must be in the same condition as they were received and in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Please note you will have to pay for the cost of mailing your items back to us. Please email us at email@example.com explaining that you wish to return your item and mail it to: Grafton Yard, 98C Grafton Road, Kentish Town, London, NW5 3EJ.
If your item has arrived and is damaged, firstly, we're sorry that's happened. Secondly, within 5 days of receiving the item please send us a picture via email to firstname.lastname@example.org of the packaging and the item so we can look into what happened to try to make sure it doesn't happen again. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We will then reship the item to you free of charge. If the damage is deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear, it will not be accepted as faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
